Restrooms      The only public restrooms are available at the stadium.  PLEASE DO NOT allow students to enter Andover High School, Andover Middle School, or Cottonwood Elementary School as classes will be in session this day for our students.

Bus Parking will be west of Andover Middle School and along Allison Street (directly south of the stadium).

Festival Performance Rules  The rating and critique of your performance will reflect the demonstration of your band’s musical sound, marching abilities, and the general effect of your show.  Your presentation should be no less than five minutes and not exceed 12 minutes in duration.  As you enter and leave the field you may use cadence.  Please use a drum tap only after you exit the field and as you approach the stadium before your performance time.

Stadium Entrance Bands will perform facing the west (towards the press box).  Bands will enter the stadium from the northeast corner (stage right) and should exit the stadium through the southeast gates (stage left) unless going directly into the stands.

Awards will be presented at the conclusion of the festival.  Drum majors will be asked to line up on the sideline to receive the awards for your band.  If you are unable to attend until the festival is completed, please come to the front of the press box to pick up your materials.  You will receive judge’s critiques/taped comments and your participation plaque.  We will have four judges rating each performance.  We will drop the lowest score and average the remaining 3 for the final score.  Bands will receive a I, II, or III division rating.  Bands WILL NOT be ranked at this festival.  Percussion and Color Guard units will receive individual ratings that will NOT be averaged into the overall band rating.

Video-Taping

Performances will be recorded with a wide-angle HD Video Camera and shared with the directors after the festival.
